Limoux op topniveau, met fruit uit uitzonderlijke omstandigheden en lage opbrengsten. Handgeplukt, vergist in Franse eiken vaten en opgevoed op de fijne lie voor een precieze, gelaagde stijl met lengte.

Wijngaarden en regio

De druiven komen uit Frankrijk, Languedoc, AOP Limoux. De cuvée is samengesteld uit de beste percelen: westelijke plots op klei en kalksteen voor finesse, noordoostelijke wijngaarden met een iets warmere invloed voor rijper fruit, en hoger gelegen percelen in de Aude vallei waar de koelte spanning en frisheid bewaart. Het resultaat is rijp geel fruit met een minerale lijn en een duidelijk Limoux karakter.

Vinificatie en rijping

Strenge selectie aan de sorteertafel. De most vergist in Franse eiken vaten, gevolgd door de malolactische gisting. Dagelijkse bâtonnage voedt de wijn op zijn fijne lie en voegt textuur toe zonder de frisheid te verliezen. Waarom lage opbrengsten kiezen? Minder trossen per stok geven meer concentratie en precisie in geur en smaak. Na 8 tot 9 maanden vatrijping is de balans tussen diepte en strakheid precies waar de wijnmaker op mikt.

Proefnotities en serveertips

Bleekgeel met een gouden schakering. Geur van abrikoos, witte perzik en grapefruit, subtiel omlijst door een hint honing en fijne vanille. Smaak is precies en mineraal met veel definitie in het middenpalet en een lange, zilt frisse afdronk. Serveer rond 12 °C bij romige gevogeltegerechten, rijke vis of gegrilde groenten. Uiteraard ook geschikt als heerlijke borrelwijn.

The Epic Battle Against False Prophecy and Deception: The Revelationary War

In the beginning of the book, The Revelationary War, the author, Amanda Grace uses the bible verses Amos 3:7, Genesis 1:29 & Gen 2:16-17 to introduce the title of her book. She explains that prophecy is not just about revealing and revelation-it is an announcement of the thoughts, plans, purposes, and jugments of God. She goes on to say that at its basic, prophecy is an announcement from God. It can contain instructions, plans, encouragement, judgments, blessings, revelations, and anything else that God wants to announce to His people. She also explains that what is happening now is a direct result of what happened in the Garden of Eden. The author says, "It is time to sharpen our discernment and confront the counterfeits invading the church!" The author goes on to explain that there is an Epic Battle going on! The Revelationary War is a battle between what is false & what is real. The book has 12 chapters. The first chapter starts with "What is Prophecy?" and ends with chapter 12 entitled: The challenge and the Choice. The author uses bible verses all throughout the book. She uses it to back up and explain what we are seeing today and how it all follows a bibilical cycle. If you understand the biblical cycle we are in, you will then be able to understand where we are on God's timeline. The author also shares a few of her own personal experiences & how God used them to teach her and train her. What I discovered and learned: ●Knowing the difference between The Gift of Prophecy and The Office of a Prophet ●Understanding the difference between a SHOWMAN & a SHEPHERD ●How to identify the telltale signs of false prophets and recognize true prophecy when you hear it ●How to Avoid con artists, psychics, witchcraft, and divination disguised as prophetic or deliverance ministries ●Why discernment in the Body of Chist is lacking and what we can do to sharpen our discernment ●How Technology and Media work hand in hand and play a part in prophecy and what we should pay attention to As you dive into this book, be prepared to hear the truth! I found this book to be full of Godly biblical wisdom, and knowledge into the world of the Prophectic. You will discover how biblical cycles play a very important part in prophecy and how to understand where we are on God's timeline. You will also learn how the enemy has infiltrated the churches and the difference between the showman and the sheperd! When I finished the book, I went back and read it a second time, taking notes and highlighting all the things that I felt were important. I have to say that the second go around, I even gleened more knowledge! Amanda has a passion for bringing people the truth of God's word and helping those who have fallen into the trap of being deceived! She has a true love for God's people, and she shares her knowledge & experience to help others who are eager to learn.
