Spanning en sappig maar met een ronde afdronk Hinten van paprika, braam en frisheid. Steeds eindigt de wijn weer met de zachte en fruitige afdronk die zo typisch is voor de wijnen van Pascal. De wijngaard ligt bovenop de heuvel. De bodem is calcair en geven de Cabernet Franc rondeur en relatief zachte

De wijngaard ligt bovenop de heuvel. De bodem is calcair en geven de Cabernet Franc rondeur en relatief zachte zuren. De wijnen rijpen gemiddeld 18 maanden op grote houten vaten. Er vindt geen filtering plaats en er wordt uitsluitend een zeer weinig sulfiet toegevoegd in de jaren dat dit nodig is.
