Wijnhuis Tiefenbrunner heeft zich bij alle wijnen toegelegd op kwaliteit en het produceren van een wijn die typisch is voor de druif en voor de wijngaard. Christophe Tiefenbrunner begon in 1991 en heeft de wijngaarden flink gemoderniseerd en het wijnmaken geperfectioneerd. De Pinot Bianoc druif is afkomstig uit de streek Bolzano. In deze bergregio zijn de temperatuurverschillen tussen dag en nacht groot en dat zorgt voor aromatische en uitgesproken krachtige wijnen. Deze Pinot Bianco van Tiefenbrunner is de top van wat de streek te bieden heeft. Hij wordt gemaakt op basis van druiven van twee wijngaarden. De druiven uit het rivierdal bij het dorpje Magreid geven de wijn volheid en kracht. Dankzij de druiven van de heuvels bij Kurtatsch, tot een hoogte van 350 meter, krijgt de wijn frisheid en spanning. Van deze wijngaarden is het kalkgehalte ook hoog, goed voor een mooi mineralig karakter. Dat zorgt voor een wijn met veel verschillende facetten en een bijzondere complexiteit. Na de zorgvuldige oogst is het tijd voor de gisting. Voor de gisting worden deels grote eikenhouten vaten gebruikt, om de wijn zogezegd te laten ‘ademen’. Hierdoor wordt de wijn rijker en voller. Maar zeventig procent rijpt op roestvrij staal, omdat frisheid voor deze heerlijke wijn essentieel is. In de geur een rijk boeket aan indrukken van perzik, limoen, citrus en een beetje mint en kruiden. De smaak is voortreffelijk, rijk en rond met een prachtig boeket aan wit fruit, mooie zuren en vooral sappig! In de afdronk heeft deze Tiefenbrunner Weissburgunder een klein bittertje wat echt heel lekker is. This is the third time I have purchased these shoes. Every time my son grows out of them I buy the next size up. His favorite color is orange, so he loves the look of these. They are also soft mesh around the toes, which he loves so he can wiggle his toes. These are durable and well made. The pair i purchased before these is still wearable, just too small for him now. These are his daily shoes. The price has gone up since my first purchase, but they still are not unreasonable for how long they last. He is an active boy. He climbs trees, runs, and plays hard. So for any show to last 6 months when he wears them daily it shows the durability. It also shows that these shoes have tread on them thay stops him from slipping. He is able to move around freely and never has issues with grip. He puts them on without difficulty.
