Namelijk een blend van Nero dAvola druiven met onder andere Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot en Syrah. Na de handmatige oogst in de wijngaarden gist deze wijn in roestvrijstalen tanks bij een temperatuur van ongeveer 25 graden. Vervolgens rijpt de rode wijn negen maanden in betonnen
Toen wij deze Donnafugata Sedara voor het eerst proefde waren wij direct smoorverliefd, een unieke blend van de mooiste druifsoorten die te vinden zijn op het eiland Sicilië. Namelijk een blend van Nero d’Avola druiven met onder andere Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot en Syrah. Na de handmatige oogst in de wijngaarden gist deze wijn in roestvrijstalen tanks bij een temperatuur van ongeveer 25 graden. Vervolgens rijpt de rode wijn negen maanden in betonnen tanks en vervolgens nog eens zes maanden op de fles in de kelders van Donnafugata. Pas als deze rode Sedara in perfecte verhouding is mag deze worden uitgeschonken. Dankzij het wijnhuis Donnafugata worden er prachtige Italiaanse wijnen van topkwaliteit geproduceerd. Als sinds 1851 wordt er door de gepassioneerde familie Rallo wijnen gemaakt op het eiland Sicilië. Met hun unieke stijl wijnen hebben ze ervoor gezorgd dat wijn uit Sicilië wereldwijd op de kaart is komen te staan. Bij Donnafugata geloven ze dat een goede wijn het land weerspiegelt waar hij vandaan komt. Daarom wordt er op minutieuze wijze gewerkt aan perfectie. De juist druif wordt bij de juiste grond gezocht zodat ze druiven zich het beste kunnen ontwikkelen. Bij het wijn maken wordt simpele technieken gebruikt om de druiven goed tot hun recht te laten komen in de wijn. Tussendoor wordt er geregeld geproefd om het juiste moment te bepalen voor de volgende stad en wanneer de tijd daar is, wordt de perfecte wijn gebotteld. In de geur is de warme zon goed te ontdekken want hij heeft een boeket van vers rood fruit, kersen en rode bloemen. In de smaak is het evenwicht goed merkbaar tussen de druiven, verfijnde indrukken van bramen, kersen en verse aardbeien. These fit very nicely, are comfortable, and work for my wide feet!

Once I learned while shoe shopping in my youth that I needed wide-sized shoes, I wasn't able to easily choose from any shoes I saw in the store. I usually have to go find the wide widths and have to deal with the limited styles they have. Shopping online has been hit and miss, too. Sometimes, shoes are advertised as wide width, but end up still being too narrow.
These shoes fit me just right. They were not too tight at the toes, gave good width at the arch, and the opening was large enough that I didn't have to undo every single lace just to get my foot in. They also look nice, and I'm sure will take a decent polish.
Also, note that this does say it's an Oxford shoe, but it does have the open lacing and is more of a derby-style shoe. This also helps with sizing for my wide feet. If I didn't already have a pair of black shoes, I'd look at picking one of these up.
My only reservation with these is that the soles are not dark-colored to complement a more formal style. I feel the white makes them a little more casual. The sole is also more transparent/opaque coloring at the heel and underneath, which you can kind of see-through, so keep that in mind. It's not fully clear, but is kind of transparent, which I was not expecting. I think it also shows where it picks up dirt as you wear it. Just more of a style cue one way or another.
As a reference, I buy the 4E wide and Extra Wides in New Balance and Skechers. I also have a hard time getting any good fit in Nike shoes.

Style and comfort doesn't always have to be expensive:

I bought this ones mainly because I have used them before and they are great for dancing. Specially salsa dancing. They look really stylish with formal cloth. A great blend of classic "wing tip" with modern details and smooth lines. They fit nice with thin and medium socks and have medium arc support. They will feel better with each use and are very good for salsa ballroom dancing turns on the forefoot and ruber on the heel for safe stops and stability. They fit true to size and foot stays locked in place with the lacing it provides. Great presentation with the box and awsome price for great quality formal shoes.
