De pan is vervaardigd uit dikwandig gesmeed aluminium, wat zorgt voor een snelle en gelijkmatige warmteverdeling. De duurzame 3-laagse marmeren antiaanbaklaag voorkomt aanbakken en maakt koken met weinig olie of boter mogelijk.
