Ingredienten
100% biologische Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), in gelijke delen.

Gebruik
Voeg 1 tot 2 keer per dag 1 tl (3,5 gram) toe aan bijvoorbeeld water, thee, chocolademelk, een smoothie of maak er een latte van. Ook te gebruiken als toevoeging in hartige gerechten.
