De .mdd Team eetkamerstoel is ontworpen volgens het concept van geometrisch purisme. Deze elegante eetkamerstoel vult de ruimte aan en kan worden gebruikt om er een ruimte omheen te creëren. De eenvoudige maar expliciete vorm, die een comfortabele zitpositie garandeert, vormt samen met de geïntegreerde rugleuning voor een slank en uniform design. De Team eetkamerstoel staat hiernaast op een elegant frame, waarvan de kleur onafhankelijk van de zitting kan worden gekozen. De mogelijke kleuren bestaan uit 8 verfijnde RAL-kleuren. Merk & designer

Dirk Winkel is een in Berlijn gevestigde productontwerper die is afgestudeerd aan de Universität der Künste (UdK) in Berlijn, gevolgd door een MA in Design Products aan het Royal College of Art (RCA) in Londen in 2010.

Hij is gespecialiseerd in verlichting en meubelontwerp en heeft voor verschillende ontwerpers en designhuizen in Berlijn en Londen gewerkt, voordat hij in de zomer van 2011 zijn eigen studio oprichtte in Berlijn. Dirk is gedreven door het geloof in de schoonheid van formeel purisme. Zijn grootste interessen liggen in het verleggen van de grenzen van massaproductietechnieken, het heroverwegen van licht en verlichtingsparadigma's en het onderzoeken van nieuwe materialen en hun potentieel.

Van 2012 tot 2016 doceerde hij Technology and Construction in Design in de opleiding Industrieel Ontwerpen van de UdK Berlijn. Zijn werk is besproken door Frame, DAMn, icon, Surface, Monocle, Gestalten Verlag en nog veel meer. Zijn werk was te zien op talloze plaatsen zoals Art Basel Miami, het VitraHaus en het London Design Museum en hij heeft verschillende prijzen en nominaties gewonnen zoals GOOD DESIGN (Chicago Athenaeum), Swedish Design Award (Svensk Form), Designs of the Year, de German Design Award 2015 en de Editors' Choice Award 2016 (Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair).

MDD is een innovatieve Europese meubelproducent. Zij produceren een diversiteit aan high-end designermeubels, welke gedeeltelijk met de hand worden gemaakt. MDD heeft met hun collectie meerdere awards gewonnen waaronder de Red Dot Design Award, een internationale prijs voor design die sinds 1955 jaarlijks uitgereikt wordt door het Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen.

Better quality than the no-name brands

I’ve played with quite a few different pickleballs over the past couple of years, including several cheaper “no-name” brands, and these Franklin X-40 balls consistently perform better for me. The biggest difference is durability. These seem to hold up much better to hard hits and regular outdoor play without cracking as quickly as many lower-cost balls I’ve tried. Even after multiple games, they maintain their shape and playability better than most bargain options. I also really like the bright optic yellow color. They’re easy to track during fast rallies and remain very visible in different lighting conditions, which makes a noticeable difference during competitive games. Performance-wise, they have a very consistent feel and bounce. There’s a reason these are used so widely in organized play and tournaments—they simply play reliably from game to game. While they may cost a little more than generic brands, I’ve actually found them to be a better value over time because they last longer and don’t need replacing nearly as often. Overall, these are my go-to outdoor pickleballs now. Durable, highly visible, and consistent on the court. Definitely worth it if you play regularly.

Great Outdoor Pickleballs for Practice and Games

These pickleballs have been great overall for outdoor play. The colors are bright and easy to see on the court, which is especially helpful during evening games or when playing on darker surfaces. They can also feel a bit harder than some softer outdoor balls, especially in colder weather. Overall though, these are reliable pickleballs and definitely a good choice for outdoor play. I’d buy them again for practice and recreational matches.
