F1 Cards is een compleet verrijkt HB-programma voor meer- en hoogbegaafde leerlingen (groep 6 t/m 8) in het primair onderwijs. F1 Cards zijn gemaakt voor leerlingen (leerlijn 4 en 5) in een plusklas, maar gebruik als verrijkingsmateriaal in de reguliere klas behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden.

Aan de hand van thema’s worden opdrachten gemaakt waarbij het accent ligt op het ontwikkelen van de executieve functies. De leerkracht coacht de ontwikkeling van cognitieve, sociaal-emotionele en creatieve vaardigheden.

Er zijn 7 thema’s: Antarctica, Expeditie Space, Menselijk lichaam, Onderwaterwereld, Prehistorie, Tropisch regenwoud, Van alles wat

Elk thema bevat 7 creatieve opdrachten met hogere orde denkvragen; analyseren, evalueren en creëren (taxonomie van Bloom). Bij de opdracht worden criteria gegeven waaraan de uitvoering moet voldoen.

Bij iedere opdracht wordt verwezen naar de Pitcards en het Rijbewijs (logboek).
