In deze Wave Plaat zit tevens de anti-pronatie werking: de binnenkant van de wave plaat is opgehoogd en verstevigd. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de voet tijdens de afwikkeling in de juiste positie blijft.De Wave Inspire 17 heeft een Wave Plaat die aan de bovenkant meer is afgevlakt dan in zijn voorganger, wat zorgt voor een vloeiender contact met de wave plaat. De tussenzool is gemaakt van U4ic. Onder de Wave Plaat, in de hak, zit het nieuwe Mizuno Enerzy materiaal, dat 15% veerkrachtiger en 17% zachter is. Bovendien maakt de plaat niet meer direct contact met de grond, waardoor er meer ruimte is voor Mizuno Enerzy onder de midvoet. Dit zorgt voor een toenemend comfort en een soepelere afwikkeling.De slijtzool is gemaakt van het X10, geblazen carbon rubber in combinatie met massief rubber in de voorvoet, voor een slijtvaste schoen. Het bovenwerk bestaat uit twee lagen airmesh, die zorgen voor comfort en ademend vermogen. De ronde instap in de hak zorgt voor een betere aansluiting rondom de hak en de verstevigingen rondom de wreef, midfoot support panels, zorgen voor extra houvast tijdens de afwikkeling.De Wave Inspire 17 heeft een halfvaste tong gemaakt van een rekbaar materiaal, wat zorgt voor een strak aangesloten pasvorm. Ask and Ye Shall Receive...
Format: Paperback
The writing and the approach in the book are not earth shattering. In fact, I wish there was a little more meat or pizzaz in the content. So, why the recommendation? Simple - the content at its core is incredibly powerful - and we all need the reminder. Our gentieel approach to communications and emotional interaction has left us forgetting to ASK for things. We expect the world to be mind readers, and get upset, frustrated or depressed when we don't get what we want. Of course, since we never actually ASKED for what we wanted, we rely on guesswork and luck to achieve our dreams and goals.
The genie in the lamp could grant wishes, but those wishes needed to be spoken by Aladdin. Similarly, we are all in a position to achieve our goals and dreams, but they must be spoken. Even within ourselves, we cannot harness our own power of desire and subconscious until we solidify the desire by asking for it.
An absolute must read - even if the writing style is a bit flat - the content is NOT.

Great book, however...

There are many great things about this book and very useful advice and information, however it is very repetitive and some of the excerpts are a bit long and boring. I still recommend it, just be warned.

This book is a “must read”
Format: Paperback
Want simple ways to have more in your life with out spending more. READ THIS BOOK. It teaches how to ask for what you want. This is on my list of “books that changed my life”. I read it first many years ago. It’s principles and techniques are timeless. I now give copies to friends

PROFOUND AND FANTASTIC READ

I am well pleased that I purchased this book. It begun a bit slow for me but I stuck with it and wham, the delicious content was so so tasty. Kept me alert and alive and captivated.
I recommend this to anyone stuck and looking to expand their capacity to simply ask!
