Vinificatie

Deze wijn wordt op natuurlijke wijze gevinifieerd met spontane alcoholische gisting en gedeeltelijke vinificatie met hele druiven, zonder toevoeging van zwavel tijdens het vinificatieproces. Vervolgens rijpt hij gedurende twaalf maanden zowel in eikenhouten vaten als in roestvrijstalen tanks, wat zorgt voor balans en complexiteit. Voor het bottelen ondergaat de wijn slechts een lichte filtratie en wordt hij via zwaartekracht gebotteld om zijn puurheid te bewaren. Een eventueel bezinksel in de fles is dan ook geen gebrek, maar juist een teken van kwaliteit en respect voor de authentieke identiteit van de wijn.

There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
