De Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris Réserve is een droge stijl pinot gris van oude wijnstokken met een voorbeeldige kruidigheid, abrikozen en andere witte vruchten. Een ronde - maar zeker geen zwoele en logge - structuur.

Daarnaast, juist vanwege z'n levendig frisse karakter, heel veel lengte met een aantrekkelijke exotische spanning. Lekker bij vis, gevogelte, asperges, zachte kazen en Aziatische gerechten.

KLIMAAT & TERROIR: Wijngaarden gelegen in de Haut-Rhin, het zuidelijk deel van de Elzas, rond het plaatsje Bergheim. De bodems bestaan voornamelijk uit klei en kalksteen.
VINIFICATIE: De wijn wordt vergist op lage temperatuur in roestvrijstalen tanks.
DRUIVEN: pinot gris
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14,00%
GEUR & SMAAK: Droge stijl pinot gris met kruidigheid, abrikozen en andere witte vruchten. Een ronde - maar zeker geen zwoele en logge- structuur. Daarnaast, juist vanwege z'n levendig frisse karakter, heel veel lengte met een aantrekkelijke exotische spanning.
