Toepassingsinstructies:
- Let op het instelwiel aan de zijkant van elke lens voordat u de bril opzet. Instellingen worden gedaan via dit wiel / deze kleine knop.
- Zoals gebruikelijk dragen.
- Een oog bedekken en de lens aan de tegenovergestelde kant (bijv. het zichtbare oog) instellen om de lens aan te passen. Het linkeroog bedekken en de rechter lensschakelaar instellen. Het rechteroog bedekken en de linker lens instellen.
- Afstellingen aan beide lenzen achtereenvolgens maken.
- Nog steeds wazig zicht? Stap 3 indien nodig herhalen.
- Met een draai de lenzen zonder recept voor elke gewenste afstand instellen!

Great interventions and Trauma Theory
Format: Paperback
This a great book if you work with victims of trauma and want to understand how different types of trauma can present and what interventions can be used (i.e urge surfing, cognitive restructuring, focus breathing, etc.). It also include a section about medications and what to address first in treatment. I think it’s great for new clinicians who may be looking for interventions to add to their clinical toolbox.

New to trauma therapy; loved the book
Format: Paperback
This book was required reading in my Trauma & Intervention class and I loved it so much that I kept it. It is easy to understand if you are new to trauma therapy (which I am). I refer to it fairly often and have absolutely put what I learned to good use. I truly believe this book helped make me a better therapist.
