Deze ketting heeft een gepolijste hanger in de vorm van een druppel met aan de binnenkant een meebewegende zirkonia van 4 mm. De druppel is  verfraaid met kleinere kristallen voor extra sprankeling en glans. De hanger is vervaardigd met een 14K witgouden afwerking en hangt aan een verstelbare ketting met een karabijnsluiting.
