Rubino intenso. Al naso è un continuo susseguirsi di profumi; spiccano le note di mora, prugne, liquirizia e rovere. Al palato è ricco, corposo e concentrato; i tannini sono setosi e l'assaggio è lungo e opulento.Il "Distique" è un Saint-Émilion Grand Cru che richiama nel nome non solo la dualità fraterna di Karl e Yann Todeschini, ma si arricchisce anche di un approccio atipico, che coinvolge i vitigni, la vinificazione e l'affinamento che avviene per 1/3 botti nuove, 1/3 botti di vino e 1/3 in anfore, per circa 14-16 mesi. Firmata dai fratelli Todeschini sin dal 2008, ogni bottiglia di "Distique" si distingue dalle altre per un numero: questo sta ad indicare il numero di vendemmie condotte a quattro mani da Karl e Yann.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, è perfetto per accompagnare secondi strutturati.

I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate. Overall, they feel comfortable and are of good quality for sleeping in any position.
