Prioderm Shampoo Plus doodt hoofdluizen en neten door verstikking en uitdroging. De shampoo bevat geen pesticiden en heeft een inwerktijd van 15 minuten. Deze shampoo vermindert de statische aantrekking van het haar zodat hoofdluis niet makkelijk op het haar kan komen en het haar ongeschikt is om neten op te leggen. Prioderm Shampoo Plus bevat geen siliconen waardoor het geen vettig laagje op het haar achterlaat. 

Prioderm Shampoo Plus bevat oligodeceenolie. Dit is een koolwaterstofmengsel dat verstikkend werkt voor hoofdluizen. Het blokkeert de luchtwegen van de hoofdluis en zorgt voor uitdroging van de hoofdluis. Doordat de shampoo de statische aantrekking van het haar vermindert behandelt Prioderm Shampoo Plus niet alleen hoofdluizen en neten maar heeft het ook een nawerking. Hoofdluizen kunnen niet makkelijk op de haren komen en het haar zal minder geschikt zijn om neten op te leggen. Let op! De nawerking komt te vervallen op het moment dat er wordt gezwommen in chloorhoudend water of als het haar tussentijds wordt gewassen met een shampoo.

Toepassing
Prioderm Shampoo Plus doodt hoofdluizen en neten door verstikking en uitdroging

Gebruik
Masseer Prioderm shampoo plus grondig in het droge haar en op de hoofdhuid zodat het gehele haar van hoofdhuid tot de uiteinden is bedekt. Laat Prioderm Shampoo Plus gedurende 15 minuten (niet langer) inwerken.
Kam de knopen en klitten uit het haar met een gewone schone kam. Verdeel het haar in vier delen. Kam het haar vervolgens met een netenkam per gedeelte heel goed door. Start met kammen zo dicht mogelijk bij de voorkant van het hoofd. Kam de haren altijd van boven naar beneden door. Verwijder tijdens het kammen alle hoofdluizen en neten die worden aangetroffen. Schuif gecontroleerde hoofdluis- en neetvrije haarplukken opzij.
Breng na 15 minuten (inclusief de kam tijd) eerst een klein beetje water aan op yhet haar om de shampoo te laten schuimen. Spoel het schuim grondig uit met voldoende water.

Controleer het haar dagelijks. Herhaal de behandeling na 7 dagen als er nieuwe hoofdluizen en neten worden aangetroffen.

Niet gebruiken bij overgevoeligheid voor een van de bestanddelen.

Waarschuwingen
Vermijd elk contact met de ogen en mond (bijvoorbeeld door de mond en ogen te bedekken met een washandje). Mocht Prioderm shampoo in de ogen komen spoel het dan grondig uit met water. Raadpleeg een arts in het geval dat het product via de mond wordt ingenomen of ingeademd. Zorg als de behandeling 's avonds wordt uitgevoerd dat de behandelde persoon met droge haren naar bed gaat. 
Onvlambaarheidsrisico: Houd behandeld haar uit de buurt van vuur vlammen of hete voorwerpen (kaarsen open haard föhn fornuis etc). Rook nooit tijdens de behandeling.

I normally don't do treats like this, but my mom had purchased a small pack for my dogs. I was reticent to try it, but with a new puppy I was looking for something for little miss alligator teeth to chomp on that isn't my fingers. It worked out so well (I held it while she gnawed) that I purchased a big pack. While not meant for puppies, it has been working well for her to have something to grind her teeth on. Currently 10 weeks old, 20 lbs (a yellow lab) with super razor sharp teeth that is all about chomping on everything in her path. These slow her down for several minutes. She is blissed out as she works on it. Have to say, these arent super long lasting even with a tiny-ish puppy. But at least the price is good. We have had the original (pretty much no odor) and these peanut butter ones which even smell good to me! I may consider these again. Be mindful of calories! 343 calories a piece. Be mindful of their serving suggestion based on size of dog. This isnt meant to be a meal, and not meant for daily consumption. More of the rare treat style.
