Onze Grasgevoerde Ossenhaas is mals, sappig en vol van smaak. De ossenhaas, ook wel bekend als tenderloin, is een langwerpig en mager stuk vlees afkomstig van het achterste deel van het rund, vlakbij de lende. Het is een uitstekende keuze voor een speciale gelegenheid of een heerlijk diner thuis. Het vlees kan worden bereid op verschillende manieren, zoals bakken, grillen of roosteren.
