De borst aanpakken
Naast bankdrukken (met de lange halter) is dumbell pressing één van de meest populaire manieren om de borstspieren te trainen. Op deze fitnessbank kun je dan ook perfect een dumbellpress uitvoeren. Uiteraard kun je ook andere effectieve dumbell of kettlebell oefeningen voor de borst uitvoeren op de fitnessbank (denk hierbij aan flyes of arm-pullovers). Doordat de bank oerdegelijk en zeer solide gebouwd is, kun je echt zwaar gaan. Met behulp van haltersteunen is de bank ook perfect geschikt om te bankdrukken.
Triceps en biceps
Op de fitnessbank kun je ook je triceps goed trainen met bijvoorbeeld dips of skullcrushers. Maar ook de biceps kun je met behulp van de bench goed isoleren, door middel van zittende concentration curls.
Schouders trainen
De fitnessbank is ook perfect om shoulder presses op uit te voeren, één van de meest effectieve manieren om de schouders te trainen. En ook lateral side raises kun je zittend uitvoeren op de bank. Het voordeel van het zittend trainen van de schouders ten opzichte van het staand uitvoeren van de oefening is de stabiliteit die de bank biedt. Als je je schouders zwaar wilt trainen en dit staande doet, liggen onderrugblessures op de loer. Het trainen van de schouderspieren is een dankbare en voor veel mensen snelle methode om 'breed' te worden. De spiergroepen in de schouders bevatten namelijk relatief weinig vet ten opzichte van andere spiergroepen in het lichaam, waardoor vorderingen zeer snel zichtbaar zijn.

It works and I love it!

I love this product.. been using it for a few months now. My hair is more manageable and my thinning crown looks and feels fuller. The smoky smell, am not bothered because it disappears after a few minutes. I use it twice a week, massage very little amount on scalp and hair, then the next day wash it off with shampoo. I used to need to dye my gray every 3 to 4 months when some appear. Now, it's been 4 months since my last visit to the salon. I noticed my hair has darken a bit. I can delay my salon visit for another month unless I need a haircut!! Yehey!

Good moisturizer. Rich scent.

Raw Batana Oil provides goods moisturizing to hair and scalp and best applied with a little heat or steam. Pomade goes on easily once heated and does not feel heavy, greasy, or oily. Its rich fragrance eases on the nose after a short while. Difficult to say whether it is actually useful or whether it encourages hair growth. Leaves hair soft and easy to style.
