Prebiotica belanden onverteerd in de dikke darm, waar ze door bacteriën door middel van fermentatie worden afgebroken tot korte-keten vetzuren (acetaat, butyraat en propionaat). Deze vetzuren dienen als energiebron voor onder andere het darmepitheel. Tot de fermenteerbare vezels behoren onder andere vezels uit groente, fruit, aardappelen en peulvruchten.

Gebruik
1-3 x daags 1-2 capsules met een glas water innemen of zoals voorgeschreven door uw therapeut of arts.Wij adviseren u gedurende de dag voldoende te drinken (1,5 - 2 liter). Bij twijfel raadpleeg uw (huis)arts. De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.

Mouth rinse that has no alcohol and works like no other I have experienced.

Biotene Oral Rinse mouthwash was the answer for a pre-rinse mouth wash, even before bed to leave my mouth sweet and moist. Instead of having to drink something or taste something - - - so I won't eat something before bed.
It's been a miracle answer for pre-bed and dry mouth during a sleep period and wakening dryer than I want to be. I used to use Biotene "dry mouth spray", now I don't have to because the Oral mouthwash is my go to! enough said!!

Too expensive, tastes fine
I was worried based on reviews, but I think these taste fine! I don't eat a lot of candy anyway, but sometimes I just need 1-2 pieces to satisfy a sweet/sour craving. These are great since I'm on the Keto diet. They aren't overly sour for sure, but they still have some sourness to them. There's a bit of an aftertaste since they are made with sugar substitutes, but nothing terrible. My only complaint is the price. Way too expensive for the amount you get.
