Druif en vinificatie

Garnacha – DO Cariñena, Aragón
Garnacha staat bekend om haar rijpe rode fruit, kruidigheid en soepele maar aanwezige tannines.

De wijn rijpt 8 maanden in Amerikaanse eiken vaten, wat zorgt voor extra complexiteit en subtiele houttonen die het fruit ondersteunen zonder te overheersen.

Karakter en stijl

In het glas toont deze Garnacha Nativa een heldere rode kleur. De aroma’s van rijp rood en zwart fruit worden aangevuld met nuances van cacao en koffiebonen. In de mond is de wijn kruidig en rijp, met perfect geïntegreerde tannines. De afdronk is rijk, elegant, krachtig en fruitig.

Deze wijn komt uitstekend tot zijn recht bij gebraden vlees, lamsvlees, stoofschotels, pasta en gerijpte kazen.

Bodegas Anadas werd opgericht in 1935 en behoort tot de oudste familiebedrijven in de DO Cariñena. Het wijnhuis produceert voornamelijk rode wijnen van Garnacha onder het CARE-label.
