Gebruik
Deze test wordt gebruikt om IgE-antilichamen tegen huisstofmijt in het bloed te detecteren. Een positieve uitslag wijst op een allergie voor huisstofmijt, wat symptomen kan veroorzaken zoals: Niezen en verstopte neus Jeukende, tranende ogen Hoesten en ademhalingsproblemen Eczeem of huidirritatie
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Voorbereiding Open de verzegelde verpakking en plaats de testcassette op een vlakke ondergrond. Masseer uw vingertop en reinig deze met het meegeleverde alcoholgaasje. Houd uw arm enkele minuten naar beneden om de bloedtoevoer naar de vingers te verbeteren. Bloedafname Gebruik de automatische prikpen om een druppel bloed uit uw vingertop te verkrijgen. Vul de transferpipet met bloed en voeg twee druppels toe aan de testcassette (gemarkeerd met “S”). Testuitvoering Voeg twee druppels bufferoplossing toe op dezelfde plek. Wacht 10-15 minuten en lees de uitslag af.
Waarschuwingen
De test is bedoeld voor zelfdiagnose, maar bevestiging door een arts wordt aanbevolen bij een positief resultaat.
Bij positieve testuitslag of aanhoudende klachten wordt medisch advies aangeraden.
Bewaaradvies
Bewaren bij kamertemperatuur, buiten direct zonlicht. Niet gebruiken na de houdbaarheidsdatum op de verpakking.

Coming Home
Format: Kindle
Julia Blumer’s sisters beg her to come home to their small seaside California town because their mother, Babs Blumer is dying. Out of love for her sisters, Julia flies home. She arrives thinking that she could make peace with the cruel and arbitrary woman who raised her. She wonders about Liam, the only boy she ever loved, the boy next door, the boy she left behind. Will she see him? Will they speak?
When Julia sees Babs, it’s obvious that the dying woman does not love her. When she sees Liam, it’s obvious that he is still hurt and angry about how Julia left and with whom. As her life becomes more complicated, secrets are revealed, and the twists keep coming right up until the last chapter.
Jenn McKinlay’s I CAN’T EVEN is a complex story dealing with family love, romantic love, and lots of secrets. At the same time, it is humorous and suspenseful, harsh and tender. Expect some spicy moments and some ugly takedowns, too. But trust this author to give you a happy ending.

Perfect for grieving readers
Format: Kindle
This book was more emotional than I expected. Its main focus is grief and how people work through it differently but everyone needs a tribe to help them through it. My grief journey tribe is completely different than I thought it would be but they are perfect for me. I resonated deeply with all three girls. Sometimes grief hits you hard in the weirdest places. It will take your breath away. Other times it quietly creeps up on you.
There are plenty of funny scenes as well. Just be prepared to laugh through your snotty crying.
Spicy yes there are a couple of spicy scenes.
I would love a book each in the two other sisters as they navigate through their new life. Especially Soph, her husband is a jerk.
I highly recommend this book to anyone.

I Can’t Even

I love Jenn McKinlay’s books but this one was a little chaotic and left too many things open ended for me. Also the reunion happened way too quick without any real resolution or explanation between them before they jumping into bed again.
