De Forge Intercooler voor de Audi TT RS 8S is ontworpen met een enorme kern van 640x250x100mm in een bar-and-plate ontwerp. Dit resulteert in een 56% grotere oppervlakte en 94% meer volume dan de standaard intercooler. De eindtanks zijn voorzien van geïntegreerde buizen om de standaard boostslangen te behouden of een aftermarket kit te gebruiken. Forge Motorsport levert ook een specifieke crash bar die is aangepast om de nieuwe grotere kern te accepteren, beide afgewerkt in een zwarte crackle finish poedercoating voor maximale duurzaamheid.

Deze intercooler is een directe vervanging voor de OEM intercooler en is gemaakt van hoogwaardig aluminium met een zwarte afwerking. Het is de perfecte upgrade voor voertuigen tot 700pk. Enige kleine aanpassingen zijn vereist voor installatie.
