Duizenden Nederlandse kerken en kloosters herrezen in de periode 1918-1971. Katholieke architecten en kunstenaars worstelden met traditionele kunstopvattingen, hun opdrachtgevers en doelgroepen. Ondertussen werd de snel oprukkende avant-garde kunst met argusogen bekeken door de kerk. Veelal werd gekozen voor een compromis tussen kerkelijke traditie en moderne kunst.

In Uit het keurslijf wordt een breed palet aan modern-christelijke kunst besproken. Van de moderne glas-in-loodramen van de avant-gardekunstenaar Lodewijk Schelfhout in de kapel van de voormalige Hilversumse kweekschool tot de gereformeerde Oosterkerk in het Friese Kollum waar zowel de invloed van de Amsterdamse School als de Groningse kunstenaars van De Ploeg is terug te zien. Ook de christelijke schilderijen van Jan Sluijters en het bijzondere Aktion im Moor van Joseph Beuys uit 1971 in de Peel.

I always wondered what the difference between Astral travel and Lucid dreaming are and that is also explained in detail. She has so many fantastic methods to apply as you attempt to separate your Astral body from your physical body. I would absolutely 💯 percent suggest this book to anyone looking for valuable information and insight into the art of Astral Travel.
