Alle noodzakelijke stappen van een complete hygiëneprocedure voorafgaand aan het melken kunnen gerealiseerd worden met Kenopure: de spenen reinigen, zuiveren en verzachten voor het melken.

Kenopure is een geconcentreerd product en dient nog aangelengd worden met water, hierdoor is het ook een zeer economisch product en doet u zeer lang met een bus product!

Dankzij zijn snelle werking, kan Kenopure gemakkelijk in het melkproces geïntegreerd worden. Het product kan op verschillende manieren gebruikt worden: in een sprayer, met doeken of met een schuimbeker.

Gebruik:
- Sprayen: Sproei rechtstreeks met een 5% tot 10% oplossing en droog daarna met 1 papieren doek per koe.


- Herbruikbare doeken: Vul een emmer met 10 l warm water en 50 cc Kenopure om te reinigen. Doe alle doeken in de emmer. Gebruik 1 doek per koe. Maak proper, wring de doek uit en gebruik de andere zijde van de doek om de uier af te drogen. Op het einde van de melkbeurt alle doeken uitspoelen en desinfecteren in een andere emmer die 200 cc kenopure bevat.

- Schuimbeker: Gebruik 40% Kenopure in een waterige oplossing. Droog de uier met 1 papieren doek per koe. Gebruik biociden veilig. Lees vóór gebruik eerst het etiket en de productinformatie.

This will work but prep is key!
I have an older RV that the gelcoat has dulled and is oxidized, but otherwise in good shape. I have buffed and polished in the past only for it to last a short time. I was looking up different products to try and this one has such good reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I bought the kit with the Poliglow and the Poliprep, with the scrubber and the microfiber glove. I started with the poliprep and it did a great job of gettting the streaks and black marks off. You spend a lot of time scrubbing to your likeness because anything that is still on the gelcoat when you apply the poliglow, it will be locked in there. The Poliglow is like a clearcoat that goes over the gelcoat. You have to build up layers and here are some of the tips and tricks I figured out that really helped my finished RV look great. First, make sure the applicator stays damp, this keeps the poliglow more uniform across the glove. Also, stick it in a zip lock bag when not using, you do not want it to dry out while you are using it. I found out that applying this in direct sunlight in warm temps, is the best method. This allows the poliglow to dry really fast. The first 3 or 4 layers will look streaky and dull but this is ok and as you build up the layers, the shine will come back. I found if you do this when its cooler, the layers do not dry as quick and you will get some permanent streaking or running. I had to remove a section I did in the evening because I noticed this. When in direct sunlight, this gave me the best results with no streaking or running. It dries fast and you can keep working. Like it says, do not do big sections at a time, keep it to small what you can reach sections and build those up and move on. As far as how much to buy? I have a 40 ft toy hauler and I got to kits and I had just enough to finish the whole thing minus the nose cap. I have Durabak on the nose cap, so I dont need to worry about that. I ended up buying one more bottle of the poliglow to have for my maintenance coats. Overall, I am pleased with how my 10 year old RV looks and other than some of the decals show age, it looks new again. If I were to buy a new RV, I would put this on right away and preserve the whole RV including the decals. Its not too expensive and its a lot of work, especially the prep, but it does end up with great results.
