Een van de unieke Single Vineyard wijnen van Gallina de Piel. Canyarets is een wijngaard in de Priorat regio. Alle druiven voor deze unieke wijn komen van deze kleine wijngaard. De wijn bestaat voornamelijk uit carinyena aangevuld met enkele percentages escanyavella en garnaxta blanca. De wijn rijpt 16 maanden op eikenhouten vaten en nog eens 12 maanden op fles.
De donkere Llicorella bodem is wat de Priorat zo bijzonder maakt en geeft een geheel eigen karakter aan de wijnen. Zo ook aan deze krachtpatser. Krachtig, mineraal en boordevol sappig donker fruit, viooltjes en tonen van grafiet en specerijen.  
Een bijzondere wijn, en bijzonder schaars. Er zijn slechts 300 flessen van geproduceerd, dus sla je slag.

De jaargang kan afwijken van de afbeelding, kijk daarom altijd goed naar de omschrijving van de wijn. Op werkdagen (ma - vrij) versturen wij bestellingen die vòòr 14u geplaatst worden dezelfde dag. Levering via PostNL is meestal binnen 24-48u maar dit kan soms wat langer zijn.
