Een ontoereikende vitamine D huishouding is door de schaarste aan zonnestralen in onze koude Benelux vaker regel dan uitzondering. Desondanks kan een evenwichtig voedingspatroon een effectieve remedie vormen. De vormen ergocalciferol (vitamine D2) en cholecalciferol (vitamine D3) zijn namelijk respectievelijk te vinden in paddenstoelen en voeding van dierlijke oorsprong. This works great, and I find it to be very effective at soundproofing. The hinge is good quality, and it rolls up easily. It is slightly on the heavier side, but that is to be expected considering its larger size. The materials used to make it are top quality, and it will last a long time.

This Under Armour skull cap does exactly what it's supposed to do. It fits comfortably, stays in place, and works well under a helmet. The material is lightweight and breathable, helping keep sweat out of your eyes during games and practices. Makes it easy to put on and remove helmet. It has held up well after multiple washes and remains comfortable to wear for extended periods. Nothing fancy, but it's a quality product from a trusted brand that serves its purpose perfectly. I would definitely buy it again.

Been wearing these for about ten years! Nothing better to keep a bald head warm than these. The mesh up top lets your head breathe and dissipate heat. I will miss the wider bland then the thin one now because your head does slip out of it instead of it securing comfortably to your scalp! But I don't know maybe the cost of materials dropped the headband width to what it is now! Anyway, still a great piece!
