Provenienti dalle vigne aziendali di Monleale, le uve, in seguito

Al naso si avvertono note di erbe aromatiche, sentori di frutta gialla, miele, fieno, echi di idrocarburi; al sorso è ricco, rotondo, equilibrato da una vivace vena acido-sapida.Il Derthona Timorasso è un vino bianco realizzato dalla cantina di Renato Boveri utilizzando esclusivamente uve di questa varietà autoctona, tipica dei Colli Tortonesi. Provenienti dalle vigne aziendali di Monleale, le uve, in seguito all'accurata vendemmia, fermentano spontaneamente grazie ai lieviti indigeni; successivamente il vino affina per 18 mesi in cemento. Il risultato è un vino capace di incarnare appieno l’anima e il carattere del territorio.
Si abbina con piatti a base di verdure, pesce e molluschi.
