Your New Body Sculpting Routine
BodySculpt
- Apply a generous layer of HydraFirm Body Gel to the treatment area
- Press LED button once for continuous mode and twice for pulse mode
- Press CV button to turn on ultrasonic slimming function
- Press RF button to turn on radio frequency and set desired intensity
- Treat each area for 5 - 10 minutes
- Use 3-4 times per week per area
Sera
- Turn on and select BODY mode via the power button.
- Apply HydraFirm Body Gel to clean, dry skin.
- Attach suction cup firmly to treatment area.
- Activate EMS and LIPO functions, adjusting intensity as needed.
- Red LED turns on automatically.
- Wait for suction to lift skin, then release.
- Repeat suction/release up to 3 times per area.
- Start low (Level 1) and increase as tolerated.
- Work upward from lower to upper body.
- Use on arms, legs, waist, buttocks, back, and abdomen.
