This book is a gem if you want to learn strategies to protect your business assets from the risks of lawsuits, creditors, and financial write-offs. I liked this reading, in addition to learning something new, I did not feel overwhelmed with so many legal terms as in other books, the author has a way of explaining the terms in a clear and simple way and includes practical examples so that one understands it better. It explains how asset protection works, if your business faces legal action it protects your personal assets from being affected and they can be protected by being separated by trusts. It also helps you reduce taxes, give stability to your business and protect your legacy. If you are a business owner, it does not matter if it is large or small, I recommend that you read this book, you will learn a lot, such as the types of trust that exist and which one is appropriate according to your needs and it will serve as a guide to make a protection plan for your assets.
