In making Heavy Vapours, the distillers removed the purifier connected to the still to impart more smoke in the whisky - with much success! Bottled without non-chill filtration, this masterful experimental whisky is the brainchild of the Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden of Ardbeg.
