The 80% Arinto, 20% Anto Vaz blend is drawn from the Monte and Alto vineyards near vora, farmed organically and dry on sandy clay and deep clay soils at around 300 meters elevation. The 80% Arinto, 20% Antão Vaz blend is drawn from the Monte and Alto vineyards near Évora, farmed organically and dry on sandy-clay and deep clay soils at around 300 meters elevation. Grapes are hand-harvested at night, then fermented in stainless steel with roughly 20% of the blend transferred to 500L barrels and foudres on fine lees for added texture. Expect grapefruit peel, lemon zest, and crisp green apple, with a taut, linear mid-palate and a long, fresh finish.Shipping Notes
