Description

13 Degrees of Reality (2xLP)The Heliocentrics debut album, Out There (2007) was a confounding piece of work. Drawing equally from the funk universe of James Brown, the disorienting asymmetry of Sun Ra, the cinematic scope of Ennio Morricone, the sublime fusion of David Axelrod, Pierre Henrys turned on musique concrte, and Cans beat heavy Krautrock, Out There pointed the way towards a brand new kind of psychedelia, one that could only come from a band of accomplished musicians

The Heliocentrics’ debut album, Out There (2007) was a confounding piece of work. Drawing equally from the funk universe of James Brown, the disorienting asymmetry of Sun Ra, the cinematic scope of Ennio Morricone, the sublime fusion of David Axelrod, Pierre Henry’s turned-on musique concrète, and Can’s beat-heavy Krautrock, Out There pointed the way towards a brand new kind of psychedelia, one that could only come from a band of accomplished musicians who were also obsessive music fans. Drummer Malcolm Catto and bassist Jake Ferguson are the Heliocentrics’ masterminds and producers, and guitarist Ade Owusu, percussionist Jack Yglesisas and keyboardist Ollie Parfitt hold constant presence within this ever-evolving ensemble. They have been playing together for over a decade and their collective drive is to find an individual voice. The Heliocentrics search for it in an alternate galaxy where the orbits of funk, jazz, psychedelic, electronic, avant-garde and “ethnic” music all revolve around “The One.” Back at Now-Again with 13 Degrees of Reality, the Heliocentrics have returned to develop this epic vision of psychedelic funk, while exploring the possibilities created by their myriad influences – Latin, African, and more. Thus, the electro-Latin fusion of “Descarga Electronica” sits next to weeping strings piled atop “Collateral Damage’s” chunky rhythms, which passes undulating swing of “Wrecking Ball,” a dirge as irresistibly funky as it is devastating.

Great indoors and out.
Color: Blue, Size: 4.5 Inch
This is a great toy if your dog likes balls. While it's not my dog's favorite (he favors small squeaky animals) it is safe indoors, soft on floor, walls and furniture and something durable for fetching.

Terrific for fetch, would not hold up to unmonitored chewing
Color: Colors May Vary, Size: 5.5 Inch
Fabulous for playing fetch. Young crazy-dog enjoys it! Would not hold up to using as a chew toy - we remove it when not playing with the dog.

Gave my dog an allergic reaction
Color: Blue, Size: 4.5 Inch
I have one that has lasted 2 years of hard play, very durable. However, this newest one in the teal color gave my dog an allergic reaction. Her face and eyes swelled up within 1/2 of playing with it. So I threw it out. I have had no issues with the green one that I bought yesterday ago.

The best gift for new dog owners
Color: Blue, Size: 4.5 Inch
This has been my mom's go-to toy to gift to friends and family when they get a new dog. I just followed suit and bought one as a gift for my friend's Newfoundland puppy. Versatile, can be used as a ball or tug of war toy, and can buy a bigger size for a puppy to grow into because they can still grab it by the holes, unlike other balls and toys that are just too big to get their mouth around

Looks Great on Skin, Easy to Apply. Don't Know How Much Sun Protection
Looks great on shoulders, legs, etc. for glow. Haven't yet tried it on beach or places I would sunburn. Hoping it really works for that purpose. OTW, nice cosmetic to add glow where you want it.
