ARB has a very highly skilled and motivated workforce at our manufacturing plants. We have a stringent quality control system in place, ensuring our exceptionally high standards are maintained. It’s still a doc and the air sole with bottom out kinda quick but it’s comfortable at first. Size up for a little bit of heel slip so you don’t get heel blisters but not too big of a size jump. Think of it kind of like a cowboy boot size
