ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. The instructions to assemble this bar cart needs to be improved. The schematic drawings are not easy to follow. It would make sense to have some written instructions along with the pictures. All the pieces were very well labeled which was a plus. The good news is once the item was put together look just like it is described.
