Silver Maple Block SM-239 2.1" x 2.1" x 9.3"Silver Maple Block SM 239 2. 1" x 2. 1" x 9. 3" 0. 8 lbs. This is an attractive spindle of Texas grown Silver Maple. It has an overall light golden tone to the wood with a fine, even grain texture. There are faint brown stripes through the wood and occasional small knots. Most of the knots are 1 4" across or less. The grain runs long and more or less straight, parallel to the long axis of each spindle. This wood has been fully air dried to 10 12%

Comfort and Appearance

The shoes were as advertised. Marc Joseph (I hav 4 other pairs) are the perfect shoes for me with my physical needs. Additionally they are exceptionally comfortable and attractive. This pair I returned because they weren’t quite the right fit for me. They are, like my other Marc Joseph shoes, very well made and very attractive.
