What’s new compared to the original Crafty (2014)?
The original Crafty was released back in 2014, and while it was a great device at the time, the Crafty+ has improved in almost every way. The most noticeable upgrade is the USB-C charging port, which makes charging faster and more convenient. You can now recharge the device in about 25 minutes less time compared to the old model.
Storz & Bickel also made the Crafty+ more efficient by upgrading the heating system. It reaches your set temperature in under 60 seconds, nearly twice as fast as the original Crafty. The new materials used in the housing are stronger and more heat-resistant, giving it a more premium feel and better durability. Overall, the Crafty+ is lighter, faster, and more reliable than its predecessor.

What can I vape with the Crafty+?
-> The Crafty+ can be used for dry herbs, oils, hashish, and other concentrates.
The Crafty+ is designed to handle more than just dry herbs. Of course, you can enjoy your favorite herbs and cannabis flowers, but with the included drip pads, it’s also possible to use oils, hash, and other extracts. Simply place your concentrate or liquid on the pad, insert it into the chamber, and you’re ready to go.
Using drip pads not only makes it easy to enjoy different materials, but it also helps keep your vaporizer clean. Do keep in mind that hash can leave residue on the pads after just one use, so we recommend treating liquid pads used with hashish as single-use items. With this flexibility, the Crafty+ gives you the freedom to explore a variety of materials without hassle.

The Crafty+ C uses a combination of convection and conduction heating which results in even and efficient heating of your herb. The hybrid heating system also produces a strong airflow which makes for easy draws of super tasty vapour. And last but not least, it will make the Crafty+ C heat up in 60 seconds.

Adding to the sensational vaporization experience, the Crafty+ is equipped with an ingenious cooling unit, which cools down the vapour to a pleasant temperature in order to supply a full aromatic and pleasant flavour. The cooling unit is made from PEEK (Polyether ether ketone), a robust, heat-resistant plastic, which has a proven track record in medical applications. No more coughing for you, just silky vapour.
Battery performance of the Crafty+
We're very happy with the results of the battery. It will last around 90 minutes, which gives you about six to seven bowls. The battery is a lithium ion battery, which is kept away from the heating chamber. This ensures that batteries are not getting heated during your session and extends the battery life. In addition the battery is heat-protected for safe use.
By triple-pressing the power button you get to the max. temperature of 210°C (410°F)

CRAFTY+ Temperature settings
The Crafty comes with the preset temperature of 180°C and with the boosted temperature of 195°C. To be able to adjust the preset temperature on your Crafty, you’ll need to connect it via Bluetooth to your smartphone, using the Crafty app. The temperature settings can be adjusted to your personal preference anywhere between 40-210°C.
How to charge the Crafty+?
The Crafty+ takes about 2-3 hours to be fully charged and can be charged by a normal USB cable. So do not worry if you forgot your charger at home, you can probably borrow a USB cable anywhere.
You can fill your Crafty+ with up to 0,3 gram dry herbs. At least half of the chamber should be filled, otherwise we recommend using a liquid pad on top of the herbs. So yes, this Storz & Bickel vaporizer can be also used for oils and liquid with the fitting accessories.

How to Clean the Crafty+ vape
Keeping your Crafty+ clean is important for the best performance. Luckily, it’s simple to maintain:
-> Remove the cooling unit and mouthpiece.
->Take out the screens and drip pads.
->Soak removable parts in isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes.
->Use the included brush to clean the chamber and other small parts.
->Rinse with warm water, let everything dry completely, and reassemble.
Regular cleaning will keep your vapor pure and extend the life of the device. With a little care, your Crafty+ will perform like new for years.
