Heavier Spring & Larger Diaphragm: Keeps wastegate valve seated longer which maintains power, torque in mid-range acceleration and prevents wastegate creep. Billet Aluminum Construction: This actuator is constructed of hard coat black anodized CNC billet aluminum with stainless steel hardware for superior protection and a great under hood look. Fits: HX35 and WH1C Models. Does Not Fit: HY35 Model. Emissions Disclaimer: This product does not require a CARB EO#. Note: Applications will include both automatic and manual transmission for 1999 model year; manual transmission only for 2000-2002 model years.
