Mythindil (myth-in-diel) setting
- Center stone for this setting needs to be at least 8.5-9mm in length or larger. Please also note, if you are going with a different shape center, the curve of the diamonds above and below the main stone will change to reflect the shape of the stone more, while it will still have some arch to it, it won't be quite as arched on an oval as a marquise.
- Two pillars frame the center stone, with a half halo of diamonds creating a star like affect above and below the main stone.
- Accent stones vary in size from 1.3mm-1.5mm
- Marquise accents, one at the top and one at the bottom of the stone
- Woven metal creates a beautiful arch on each side of the ring with a split shank look.
- My inspiration behind this ring stems from the Doors of Durin in LOTR. I wanted this ring to look like a small portal/gateway.
- Low profile. sits flat against the finger.
- Band is around 2mm and available in the textured/twig style or a smooth polished band. Shown with a twig band in the main picture.
- Cast in your choice of solid 14k gold, 18k gold, or platinum
