Lemon curd, green apple, white flowers, sea spray, pastry and cream. Yummo. The bubbles are fine and silky, and the mouthfeel and fruit are resonant. I enjoyed it immensely by itself but also drank it with a very large amount of cheese. For only $28 you’re getting some very tasty sparkling wine here."
