1. Using the long bristle side, apply product starting from the start of the brows towards the arch of the brows.
2. Using the short bristle side, apply product from the arch of the brows towards the tail of the brows.
Tips:
For extra defined brows, fill in the sparse areas of brows with Certified Organic Brow Pencil before applying a coat of Brow Perfector for fullness.
