All our teapots have an integrated traditional Moroccan filter (about 7 holes) which is found between the body and spout. The teapots have been designed to keep tea hot.

Hand-wash only. Dry immediately after washing.

It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.

Overall, it is comfortable. However, I ordered a king sized which is 36" long, but this pillow is only 33". That's somewhere between a queen and kind size. Second, it is not a medium firm. It is more toward soft and lets the head drift down close to the mattress level Over time, you may have neck problems. Time will tell. Update: It is great! My neck feels better and I sleep better. There is still a little odor, but it's not a problem. I recommend this pillow.
