The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.375 in. mounting width ball with a .718 in. thru bolt hole. Use for canning rings

I bought this to hold my canning rings and it worked great. The smaller arm holds my wide mouth rings and the larger one holds the regular ones. When I’m canning, I’m able to move the whole thing into the kitchen due to its light weight and use what I need. Once I’m done with the rings, back they go.
