The ST7 Flow Switch (Order Code: 29-098) is a high-performance, heavy-duty component designed for robust and accurate flow detection in demanding high-pressure fluid systems. With its superior switching capacity and durable internal mechanism, this switch is ideal for critical automation and control applications in industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors across the UK, including large-scale pressure washing systems and complex pumping stations.
This flow switch operates on 240v at a powerful 10Amp, providing significant electrical switching capability, making it suitable for direct control of more substantial loads. A key differentiating feature is its internal microswitch, which offers enhanced reliability and longevity compared to the reed switches found in ST5 and ST6 models, ensuring consistent performance even with frequent cycling.
Built to withstand extreme conditions, the ST7 boasts an impressive 350 Bar (5075 Psi) maximum pressure rating. It can handle substantial fluid volumes with a maximum flow rate of 45 Litres per minute at up to 80°C, making it suitable for a wide range of hot and cold high-flow applications. Connectivity is straightforward with 3/8″ Female inlet and outlet ports, ensuring compatibility with common high-pressure plumbing.
