Right off the bat, “Destroyer” shreds with a grungy rush, setting the tone. Then there’s the bold “Water Over Sex,” where she laments her wild past while dancing toward sobriety. “I Get Cut” slashes in with unfiltered intensity, and “Dove”, sweet yet devastating, tackles loss with poetic tenderness. And let’s not forget the sax-soaked closer “See You at Home,” the album's ironic kiss-off that says “I release you” with sass and finality.

Recorded with Emily Kempf (bass/vox), Ben Leach (drums), and guest sax by Sen Morimoto, The Lamb blends post‑punk drive with dream‑pop synths and even a touch of saxophone drama.
