Returned items must be new and unused securely packaged in suitably sized packaging, complete with all original parts and accessories.
Once purchased, please contact our Customer Service Team via email on [email protected] confirming the below information.
(a) a suitable collection date and time (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm),
(b) a full collection address,
(c) a contact number,
(d) confirmation that the product is securely packaged and ready for collection.
Our Customer Service Team will then book the collection in with DPD, for your return to be collected and delivered to the My Babiie warehouse.

Cheap material, stitching looks cheap, and the collar is way too big, almost like it’s a wrong cut. It doesn’t look good at all. Decide it to throw away in the trash right away. It’s a $25 mistake.
