Higher levels of Selenium are thought to be a factor in cell integrity, neutralizing free radicals and maintaining optimal health by supporting the immune system. Sulforaphane is derived from broccoli extract and has been shown to complement selenium. Zinc is an essential mineral in more than 200 enzyme systems in the body. It is an antioxidant that plays an important role in protein metabolism and is essential for growth and tissue repair. Alfa lipoic acid is a vitamin-like substance that also complements the antioxidant action of vitamins C and E, which work in synergy with selenium.

HOW TO USE
