ICON Vehicle Dynamics is known for its extensive research and development put into every product, the revolutionary outcome of this research is what sets ICON apart from the off-road industry standard. The Ford SVT Raptor was the first production truck, designed & built, to bridge the gap between a standard street “pickup truck” and an off-road pre-runner. Since the Raptor’s release ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ engineers have pushed this vehicle to extremes in order to develop the most comprehensive suspension components on the market. From the brutal deserts of the Southwest, to the deep snow of Michigan’s U.P., to the wooded trails of the East coast, ICON suspension systems have been put to the test and performed flawlessly. Unable to leave “well-enough” alone, ICON is once again aiming to raise the bar in Raptor performance with the introduction of the RXT Rear 3.0 Remote Reservoir Bypass Shock.

The ICON RXT 3.0 Rear Bypass shock with 3.0 Dual Hose Remote Reservoir is truly the next level in Ford Raptor Performance for the rear of your truck. Although this RXT 3.0 can be used as a stand-alone Raptor rear shock, the full potential is achieved when combined with the ICON #95120 Bumpstop kit and #95220 RXT Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs. When all three of ICON's uniquely engineered products are "bolted" on together, you will gain 20% more up-travel and 30% more down-travel over stock leaving you with 15 inches of usable rear wheel travel overall. The desire for increased up-travel was answered with a unique side-mount eyelet approach that allowed ICON engineers to develop a shock shorter in collapsed length, longer at extension, and still fits in the factory mounting location. A 3.0 Dual Hose Recirculating Reservoir (Patent Pending) incorporates a check valve that allows hot fluid in the shock body to be exchanged with cooler fluid in the reservoir. The result of this is the ability of the Raptor to be driven harder for longer periods of time without the worry of shock fade and degraded performance.

ICON RXT Rear 3.0 Remote Reservoir Bypass Shocks are far from the norm when compared to a traditional bypass shock you see on Trophy Trucks and other off-road race vehicles. Each bypass valve has a specific port design and individually equipped with a different spring rate to ensure proper performance at each zone of shock travel. These same bypass valves feature dampened valve stops for quiet and precise operation. That means no clicking noises as you hit bumps or road chatter driving down the road. The biggest difference in these shocks versus an industry standard bypass shock, are the included “Easy-to-Adjust” knobs and the replaceable bypass tubes. The “Easy to Adjust” High Resolution Clicker Knobs do not require any tools for adjustment, and can be adjusted in seconds from plush off-road performance to firm on road manners for extra control while driving the mountains or towing a trailer. Another unique feature of this shock is the replaceable bypass tubes that can be swapped out during a standard rebuild if any damage were to occur, where a normal bypass shock body would need to be completely replaced, saving you hundreds of dollars.

Reduce sound vibrations in your car! Works great! This is not sound proofing, it is Sound Deadening
Size: 10 sqft, Size: 10 sqft
This Butyl rubber sound proofing kit includes nine 15 1/2" x 10" peel and stick panels. It really is a lot of coverage, but I still will need a second box to finish my car doors. The instructions are easy to follow and the only tools you need are scissors or a knife and a small roller, but you could get away with using a pan scraper to press the product down. You may need paper and a pen to make a template for certain areas, though. I used some cardboard from my recycle bin to cut template pieces for the hard to see areas inside my doors. This is fairly easy to install once you have it cut into pieces, just peel the backing off and stick it on. Be very careful to not let it stick to itself, as it will be nearly impossible to separate. This stuff is crazy sticky! No worries about it coming off once you've stuck it to your car. To add this to your car doors, you will have to remove the interior door panels, but there are lots of YouTube videos on how to do this on all sorts of cars. Note that is is sound deadening material - Not sound proofing! You do not need to cover 100% of the car with this. The material is designed to stop noise from resonating through metals, so even one piece of this on a large area of sheet metal will stop the sound vibrations quite a bit. I am covering about 80% of my car doors with it, then planning to put sound proofing on top of it. This sound deadening material needs to come in contact with the metal surfaces to stop the sound vibrations, so it would not be very helpful to put it on top of sound proofing material. Also note that the installation requires temperatures above 50° Fahrenheit. Since it is winter, I've warmed up my garage while working on this project. In low temps, the sticky stuff would probably have trouble adhering to cold metals. So far I have tested just having it on my front doors, but I already can hear the difference. This soundproofing definitely does minimize road noise and external sounds from getting inside your car. It also stops music vibrations, so my radio now sounds clearer than it did before. I don't plan to pull out my vehicle carpet to install on the floor, but I would imagine that if I did it would greatly reduce the road noise even more. Definitely five stars on this product!

Quality mats that provide noticeable noise suppression
Size: 10 sqft
I used these mats when I replaced the carpet in my Chevy Tahoe. Cutting the mats to size was easy enough with a utility knife and a straightedge. The adhesive backing stuck fairly well, but I used a roller to press the mats into place on the metal panels, which seemed to help them adhere a little better. Under the old carpet was the type of insulation you'd typically see under carpet in a typical home. It was worn, so I tossed it and installed the new carpet directly over these new mats. The before & after difference in noise was minimal, but noticable. But I only installed them on the floor - not in the doors, rear hatch area, firewall, or roof. So overalll, I'm pleased with these mats as they provided the noise suppression that I had expected.
