1) Helium-inflation (& tied with Balloon String) allow balloon to float.

Latex balloon:

Floating time is about 8 -10 hours for indoor ; 4-6hours for outdoor. (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

Long ribbon will be tied to the balloon and balloon weights is provided to hold the balloon down

2) Uninflated (Flat packaging) - Self inflation using hand pump is needed. Balloon string and weights is not provided.
