Serving Size: ¼ teaspoon
Suggested Usage: Shake well before use. Use ¼ teaspoon twice per day, gradually increasing frequency of intake to five times per day. Taking too much oil at once may cause a body-numbing effect.
Shelf-life/Storage Instructions: Make sure oil is tightly capped, and store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. When stored properly, Andreas Black Cumin Seed Oil will remain fresh for 1 year after opening. Refrigeration NOT recommended.
