The picture is set back about 3 4" from the matboard and glass for a dimensional appearance. Black finish MDF frame has outer size of 9" x 11" x 1 1 4"; glass and insert size is 8" x 10". On back of frame is a pull out easel plus a wall hanger. Back is easy to remove for photo replacement.
