When you purchase this listing the recipient will receive either a physical gift card in the post or a digital gift card via email. Both can include a personalised message of your choosing.

HOW IT WORKS (Purchasing a gift card)
1. Choose an amount from the variations listed. Amounts available are £10, £20, £50 & £100. You can purchase multiple vouchers which will be combined and sent as one voucher, unless requested otherwise.
2. Select 'Physical' or 'Digital' Gift card from the second drop down box.
3. For 'Physical' gift cards, enter the delivery address, this can be the address of the person you would like to receive the gift card or your own address if you wish to hand it to them in person.
For digital gift cards, I will simply send you an email with a snazzy .pdf gift card that you can forward to the recipient on your day of choosing.
4. (Optional) At checkout, tick the box that says "This order is a gift" and "Add a gift message for free" and I'll include your message along with the gift card.
5. For physical gift cards I'll dispatch the day after you order or on a Monday if you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Postage is included in the price. I can't account for postage delays but you're covered if the package is lost.
For Digital gift cards, you'll receive the email with the gift card attached within 24 hours of purchase.
HOW IT WORKS (Redeeming a gift card)
1. When the lucky recipient gets their hands on the gift card, it will have a 10 digit code on. It will also have some info about my store and instructions on how to redeem their gift.
2. Once they have navigated to the online store, they can add items to their basket and checkout. They will have an option at this point to "apply shop coupon codes" where they should enter the code from their gift card. This will deduct the amount from their basket and they can complete their purchase following the steps as normal.
3. If they haven't spent the full amount on the gift card, I will message them with a new code for the remaining amount.
4. I will pack and post their item straight away!

FAQ
Q. Can the gift card only be used on the 'Goods In' store?
A. Yes and no! The gift card can only be used to purchase items from my store 'Goods In'. I do however have other stock not listed for sale online and the voucher is redeemable at events or in person at my showroom in Morley, Leeds. Q. What should I do if the physical gift card doesn't arrive in time for the recipients celebration?
A. Please message me and I will provide you with a digital version containing a code that can be used straight away.
Q. How long are gift cards valid for?
A. 2 Years from the date of purchase.
Q. Do I have to spend the whole amount in one transaction?
A. No, if the total order comes to less than the voucher code applied to it, I will message the gift card holder with a new code for the remaining amount.

Almost perfect

Stainless steel. Holds a large quantity of milk (enough for two). Works well with alternative milks. Easy to clean. Easy set up and instructions. Frothing, heating, cold foam, and hot chocolate options. Perfect temp.
Not 5 stars because of the constant high pitched squeel sound it makes. Almost enough to make me return it!

Hot cocoa every morning!

I absolutely love this machine. I make my hot cocoa every morning with it. It is so easy you just put the milk in and high-quality hot chocolate mix. Push the button and then it just whips it up and gives it a little bit of a froth on the top when it’s finished. It’s so fast and easy.
It would be a great gift for anybody that likes hot chocolate.

Check your milk preference when buying this unit. Product Does not last

I purchased this frother in mid Oct and less than 90 days later, it's no longer working. The wisk does not spin, and the element does not heat the milk. I am currently working with customer support on a refund / replacement, but so far not happy. I've been told it does not work with 2% organic milk and that I need to switch to whole milk, which will solve my issues. Not sure how whole milk will help with the heating element? This was not disclosed when I purchased the unit. If I had known my milk choice would impact the frother, I would have chosen another brand or product. I like the unit, it's compact, easy to clean, but it did not last.

Works great and easy to use

I feel like I’ve finally found a decent milk frother! I’ve gone through (or returned) several models over the last few years, but this one has a different design and hasn’t frustrated me like the others.
It has plenty of power to froth milk, foam quality is good, heating is good. I checked the temperature a few times, since a few reviews were critical of that, and it was within a degree or two of what I’d set, so I’d say it’s good!
I appreciate that it remembers the last settings so most days are a 1-click operation. But even changing the settings is easy - easier than others I’ve used while having more options.
